SOURCING
Sirona recruits directly in country of licence.
Sirona’s local offices conduct pre-screening by telephone interview to confirm qualifications and English language proficiency which is supported by secondary screening via face to face interview.
SELECTION
Sirona’s international HR team will subsequently interview and select each and every candidate.
Subject to successful selection candidates will conduct medical, fitness and additional aptitude tests as required.
PRE-DEPLOYMENT TRAINING AND ADMINISTRATION
Subject to client’s requirement training and accreditation will be conducted.
Sirona will coordinate with the client the provision of all documentation including police checks, visas, insurance, work permits, attestation and education certificates to expedite the deployment process.
THROUGH CONTRACT WELFARE
Sirona provides welfare support to the employees and their families.
REPATRIATION
Sirona provides liaison with the client regarding employees’ leave and repatriation on completion of contract.
